- Friday Dinner at Eden Valley Community Hall
- Event date: June 19, 2026, 4pm - 8pm
- Location: Eden Valley Community Hall - Sandy Rivers Room & Kitchen
Jim is organizing dinner, which will be catered by Eden Valley Senior Services. It’s an Italian theme – pasta, salad, bread, etc. We will have beer, wine, and soft drinks available.
There will also be a professional photographer present!

- Event date: June 20, 2026, 7am - 9pm
- Location: Eden Valley Community Hall - Sandy Rivers Room & Kitchen
Saturday we have the community hall reserved all day – some people have expressed interest in some side trips in the area – here’s a basic meal plan…none of these are catered, so we will need everybody to pitch in!
BREAKFAST: Pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.
LUNCH: There are several possible side trips available – talk to the leaders below if you want to join!
Option 1: “South Pass Trip” – Marilyn is leading this option, lunch is sandwich makings, drinks in coolers
Option 2: “Sand Dune Trip” – Steve is leading this option, lunch is sandwich makings, drinks in coolers
Option 3: “Haystack Butte Mines Ranch” – Jim is leading this option, lunch is burgers, brats, salads, and drinks. (May include a fence building clinic. Learn to dig adequately spaced and sized holes! All equipment will be provided.)
DINNER: Dinner back at the community hall, organized by Jim. Menu TBD.

Jim organized a group rate, available until JUNE 5th. We have 10 rooms in the block, but they’ll honor more if needed, as long as they’re booked by June 5th.
